something similiar. Spraying more will build up the drop. And if left to dry they will stay around for days. ALso if you
make the drops on a black surface and photograph them you can use them on any new image.
Just copy the drop you want and put the layer in lighten mode. Or using blending sliders to drop out the black
or use screen mode. Mask away the areas outside the drop and you can add a drop shadow for dimension as well.
