Just wondering whether any of you knowledgable ladies and gents could recommend a good lens distortion correction plug in . Having been told that the lens mentioned above had minimal distortion my worst fears have been truly realised and I find, as I initially would have expected, that one has to be very careful where you place people and at which shooting angle you decide on.

I've been using mine for architectural work, and as long as you take the usual precautions (spirit level etc.) there is no more distortion than you would get from an 18mm on full frame 35mm. You can't expect to put a round table in the foreground corners and not get an oval!
I assume you are talking about the Nikkor 12 - 24mm...?
