[PRODIG] Film scanner?

I'm in the market for a film scanner.  Up to this point I have only 
used Microtek Flat Bed Scanners for prints and fabrics and love 
Silverfast as the driver.   Any suggestions for the most bang for the 
buck?  I'm looking to scan mostly 35mm slide & neg, but would love the 
option to do 120, 220, and 4 x 5 if I can afford it, as I am a 
photographer.  I'm hoping to spend around 500 at most.  I will be using 
the scans for print and for web.  I would love to hear positive and 
negative accounts of experiences with different models and/or drivers.
