The latest Epson OSX drivers support printing without margins. Once 
installed, open the Print Centre, if 'Stylus Photo 2100(No Margins)' 
does not appear on the list of printers, click Add. Install this 
printer (or all), now it will be available as a printer in the Print 
Centre.

N.B. There is a different 'printer' for roll paper, roll paper-no 
margins, etc. You will need to select these if you want to use roll 
paper, etc.  Epson seem to have real problems writing drivers for OSX...
