Dear Steve,

I do on a couple of G4's.  Even though one *can* run two monitors from one
card, I think I am correct in saying you will be hard-pressed to get them to
match.

Sure, one monitor may 'only be used for tools' but it is very distracting to
have two monitors side by side which don't match.  Also, if one of your
selling points is a colour managed system, it might also be embarrassing/a
pain to have to explain to a client why two monitors are different.

For this reason, I have a separate card for each monitor to ensure that the
custom profiles are being handled properly by the system.

Does anybody know if one card is able to handle two profiles?  I don't think
it can...
