It has a coloured back ground, text and a gif image.
I can send it fine as an attachment but what I want is for it, when

Many people including me scorn HTML e-mail and I have my e-mail reader set to not show HTML images. Some people I know have all HTML e-mail junked.

The Mozilla email client allows you to compose in HTML as you type. Use Insert>HTML. I haven't figured out how to send HTML that was already created. By the way, some of us do like HTML email and don't mind recieving it. It breaks up the monotony of plain text. Some home brew stuff is pretty junky though,.
