Hi Brian.. the requirements on the box say that XP or 2000 is needed to run it. It also says you need a P3 or P4 and 256meg of RAM. I'd recommend a P4 2GHz minimum and a Gig of RAM (I have 1.5Gig). You can always use less... but of course it'll be pretty slow.
