If you have both and wish to have both open simultaneously (and you have two legal copies!) the important piece of information is - open Photoshop 7.0.x first. If you try the other way, you will be disappointed.

It can be handy for checking differences in the speed of operations, and viewing changes in colour encountered between the original Camera RAW plugIn and the later version embedded in Photoshop CS.
