A word of warning to owners of Canon printers using Lyson photonic inks. I have had a problem with the yellow ink not printing on my S9000, and after days of deep head cleaning, replacing drivers and swapping print heads, rang Lyson.
They tell me they have a new system of producing the ink, and have just realised it doesn't work (I'm paraphrasing here...) Something to do with the way the ink flows.....It is almost sorted, and a new ink will be available in a fortnight. It is only the yellow ink cartridge that has a problem.... Their advice was not to do any printing until the new ink is released. Anyone in the Edinburgh area want to print 60 a4 prints for me?
