Idd only digital medium (or large of course) format cameras will produce these files. And these are still only achievable with digital backs. (eg. www.phaseone.com) Ther are however people who take 20-25meg (tiff)-files and then use programs (eg. Extensis smartscale) to interpolate them. Which gives good results mostly accepted by the picture libraries (if you change/delete the EXIF information of course)
