They are all useless if you have an installation problem. None of them know what they are doing. We have BT which installed first time on Win 2K. My cousin had months of trouble with exactly the same computer, he lives in Tring. Finally I suggested to the BT people that the software they supplied for the exchange on Tring wasn't recognising the card fitted to that exchange. One quick chance of card in their exchange and it worked. I have also installed pipex modem and software which worked very well and is a bit cheaper than BT. Ours costs �27 per month on direct debit. Pipex is about �23.
