Which is strange 'cause on my mac it's alt-c  (depends on the font I guess)
I still use MacOS9 and have the extension Popchar, but I think that on
macOSX you also have a utility to see where the 'strange'-characters are on
the keyboard for each font.

If you use a pc, there's also a utility  under accesories -> system tools ->
Character Map.
