In the market for new monitor (CRT/LCD), but now that many people are using LCD's for editing and corrections, how do you deal with sharpening of an image after years of CRT use? Seems the settings typically used on them makes the images appear over-sharpened on an LCD.
I've never experienced a printed image that appeared to be over-sharpened as a result of the visual feedback while sharpening on a CRT, but have had clients on LCD's complain that the images are appear over-sharpened. What do you do and how do you compensate for it, if you do?
