The progression of sizing has been explained but to convert mm to inches divide by 25.4 (or cm to inches divide by 2.54)
eg 420/25.4 = 16.54 inches. btw A6 is 148x105mm (5.83x4.13 inches)

Can someone please translate these paper sizes into inches for me. I have a large supply of paper that was given to me in Euro sizes.
A2 = 420x594mm or about 16.5x23.4 inches A3 = 297x420mm or about 11.7x16.5 inches A4 = 210x297mm or about 8.3x11.7 inches A5 = 148x210mm or about 5.8x8.3 inches A6 I have never heard of a6, sorry
