[PRODIG] Labs in South Carolina

Can anyone suggest a digital lab that could help a friend in South 
Carolina please. He wrote asking:

"I'm looking for a way to make a new 4x5 negative from a scanned and 
edited (Photoshop) of an original one that has been damaged.
Any ideas of labs, vendors that might do such work?
I'm in South Carolina, USA.  Nearest medium city is Columbia, SC; 
nearest larger city is Atlanta, GA.

If anyone can help it would be appreciated.
