Expensive. e.g. Metro, London: �150 for output to 10x8. Metro are not the cheapest lab in town and it will pay you to shop around. Try Tapestry, perhaps. You might ask London Darkroom Centre, although I'm not sure if they do this sort of thing - they are a small lab in Hatton Garden.
