I've been getting specific Photoshop issues forwarded to me from this list for the past few years, so I decided to subscribe to the list so that I can see what problems people are having with the application ;)
I've been at Adobe for over 5 years, and for the past 4+ years I've been part of the Photoshop engineering group in San Jose. I'm responsible for Performance, OS, and Hardware testing with the application. In addition, I also lead the Camera Raw testing effort.
In September of this year I'll be starting a graduate program at UC Santa Cruz called Digital Art and New Media (an new MFA program that starts this fall). My focus will be on digital photography and photo manipulation - somewhat related to my day-to-day work ;)
Please don't take this as an open invitation to send me every problem you may be experiencing with Photoshop, but be aware that we are concerned about the problems people report and are more than happy to try to work with users to try to find solutions.
