Stefanie Which author/article are you talking about?
It's the nature of the beast being a charged device and dust will get into the body despite your best attentions. It's very easy to clean the sensor, you just have to be meticulous and careful when you do, no less than you would be cleaning any expensive optical equipment. The new Olympus E system body has a wave filter which counters solid particle build up - it's the only camera that I know of which has an inbuilt feature designed to combat this issue. Otherwise, it's off to the dealer (recommend Fixation) for a clean or do it yourself and this link may be useful to you: http://www.pbase.com/copperhill/ccd_cleaning Regards Alex How are you dealing with dust problems and do you have them often? I do not like the author's advice just to get used to the fact that you have to clean up the spots in PS. =============================================================== GO TO http://www.prodig.org for ~ GUIDELINES ~ un/SUBSCRIBING ~ ITEMS for SALE
