I haven't been shooting digital for long and all seemed to be going well but I have run into a problem today on a shoot with a deadline. Shooting on a Canon 10D and converting the images with the canon file viewer utility has always worked for me. Today though the RAW files I saved on cd's will not convert nor CF cards download anymore - despite being able to convert them yesterday into jpegs I can see the pictures on the Canon Image Browser but when I try to see them on the canon file viewer I only see question marks in the frames and I get ' an unsupported image format is included in the file save ' when I try to convert them. Any ideas how I can convert them or what may be wrong. Using PS6 and OS9 Martin Norris
