I use the Imacon Flextight 848 for most formats so I can not comment on the
other models but I am very pleased with the results I am getting.
Predominantly I scan transparencies up to 6x17cm and found the custom
profiles by Thomas Holm to be superb as workflow in 16 bit is vastly
improved and simplified. There are settings which need to be made such as
sharpening set to -120 because Flexcolor software automatically seems to at
+120 if left at 0.
Otherwise I can't complain. You are welcome to scan an image on my scanner
for free but please contact me off list.
