I know it is a pain, and understand that most photographers don't want 
to create their own templates. But a quick, low effort method would be 
to grab a copy of BBEdit Lite or similar and find the line containing 
the logo and link and change to nothing in all folders of your folio.

Then it is done. It probably takes a couple of minutes or so.
