I was cleaning the heads of my 1290 this morning and suddenly the green and red indicator lights started flashing alternately.
I have tried switching on holding down either/both buttons in an attempt to reset the machine but to no avail. I have even swopped a cartridge. I have a feeling that this might be a sign of a full excess ink reservoir but it should be possible to reset. Any ideas? Yours in exasperation!
