You don't say what your primary use is, but a shot from the hip would be an
Epson 9600.
The current released Shiraz is a one queue only so if you have various paper
or printing needs (folio/proofing/posters) you'd need to change
configurations manually.

In regard to RIP's I'd recommend either Best or Proofmaster. Which of the
two depends on your specific needs.
