Hi Becky,

I have the same problem. I opened the lid and took out the foam strip in
front of the rollers. It was saturated with black ink. I washed it and I
also took out the swab which the ink nozzles rest on (I don't advise you do
this as it's very hard to replace. I  cleaned this as well as cleaning all
the rollers. I'm afraid after all this it still leaves a few marks, in
particular a circular mark at the right hand edge as it finishes printing. I
watched the print being made and it seems to print this as though it was
part of the intended image. I was printing portfolio prints with a large
white border so I deleted the white background and now - no problem with
black edges. Not a perfect solution but it worked.
