I'm shooting an awards ceremony and will be e-mailing images of selected winners to various picture desks. I'm sure a lot of you will know the image dimensions expected by picture desks, but I don't!

Also, do picture desks really look at the 'File Info' metadata to see a description of the shot or is it expected to include the basic information in the file name? If the answer is yes, is there an easy and sensible way in Photoshop CS to batch process the constant information (event name and date, my name)?

I tried using 'annotations autofill' in iView MediaPro 2.5, filling in the 'Annotations' and 'Captions' area, which seems an easy way to batch process this information, but none of the entered information appeared in the 'File Info' window when I opened the file in PS.

Apologies for sounding ignorant; I normally supply files to clients in several sizes and leave them to get on with it!

Many thanks in advance.
