Hello Andrew,
If you want to move one adjustment layer, simply click on the desired adjustment layer in the layers palette and drag and drop it onto the open file window that you want to apply it to. You'll see the edge of the destination file window highlight when you're in the right place.
If you want to move a whole set of adjustment layers, create a new layer set folder in the layers palette and put them in it (make sure they're in the correct order) and drag the layer set folder onto the destination file.
