Now that we dont HAVE TO adapt to film, why should we not have a more usable format from start.. ;-)
I miss my 6x7cm and my 6x8cm cameras. In my work these formats was far better than the toooo longish 24x36 mm.

You didn't say if there were any differences in resolution in the options?
I've always found that rectangular or square, I often don't print a full
frame anyway so just more resolution would do me (Oh, and the lenses to be
able to make use of it)
I think most of us adapt to the capabilities/limits of whatever kit we are
using (movements or not ;-) :-)
