According to BJP, Fuji have started an Image Rescue service. http://www.fujifilm.co.uk/irs.
It costs �40 per card up to 1GB and �60 per card over 1GB. They can rescue from a variety of media and they don't charge if they can't rescue anything.
This is for info - I have not used, nor am I involved in the service.
