I'm trying to print some pages of thumbnails using PS7 and the Contact Sheet II option in File>Automate. I've used it before on scanned slides at 45Mb no problem, but printing out 31.6Mb Tiffs from my camera, the images are all soft as if it has struggled to re-size the image and close inspection reveals the jaggies. Am I asking too much and should I create a folder full of correct sized Jpegs before sending to Contact Sheet or have I forgotten something and it's my turn to be a dope?
The contact sheet settings were 39 images at 9 images per page onto A4, obviously one page with just three shots on. Source images were 31.6 Mb Tiffs 2012 x 4072 pixels dimension. I'm a Digest chap , but could do with getting this in the post today, so any suggestions direct will be a big help.
