Hi all, I'm trying to get two Apple flatscreens to match using an eye-one dislpay. Despite playing with whitepoint and gamma, one of them always comes up magenta compared to the other. The setups are: 20"? On a G4 867 and a 23" on a G5 1.8DP
The G4 is running os9, g5 is on 10.3.4 I have a feeling someone will tell me that my customer needs different software that will allow one monitor to be 'matched' to another. But surely this makes a farce of profiling. I always thought that two profiled monitors (even on opposite sides of the planet) would display an image in the same way (within reason). At the moment, two screens next to each other, profiled in the same way, look totally diffferent! Arrgh! Help me please!
