Hello, Wasn't really intending to use it for architectural work, I use a Fuji 680 for that and film. It's just clients expect you to be digital in some way and wonder why you don't. I used a Leaf Volare/ Sinar for many years in my studio but of course that was a three shot camera with a 6Mb file. This was more than adequate for the vast majority of things especially as we output to a Indigo Digital press.

At 14Mp, it should be tolerable, with a following wind, compared to the 22Mp 54, but I believe that good Digibacks give performance better than you would expect from pixel count alone - can you come in here Bob? The DCS may be some use for interiors and exteriors when you can get away without movements, and with the Nikon shift and tilt lenses. I think the DCS is a good cost effective replacement for a 35mm film camera for amateurs, journalists, wildlife photographers, weddings, fashion etc., but I could not imagine an FBIPP using one for architecture - what do you intend to use it for? As I usually only use equipment from the established European manufacturers, I would feel I would have to cover up the word "Kodak" with some electrician's insulating tape. > Mr Roger Bailey FBIPP > Professional Photographer and Imaging > Field ,mainly Interiors and Exteriors of buildings. > > I am interested in purchasing a Kodak DSC Pro SLR/n.
