I can't speak for the Leaf as I have no experience with it.

I tested the Valeo 22 a while back and was very impressed. I didn't purchase it at the time because the Live Video was still in beta, but now it's fully enabled I'm looking at it afresh.

It was very fast to use, the interface is simple and works on two levels (sort of quick start version for novices, then a sophisticated power user level underneath).

It works well on time exposures (25 seconds was no problem with minimal noise) which is clearly useful if you shoot studio cars. It can shoot tethered or un-tethered, and can utilise a Compaq palmtop to review pix as you go. Leaf are also the oldest player in the business and have a wealth of experience.

I don't know what tech support is like in the UK at the moment, but (and I've used Leaf cameras since 1994) the US have always been brilliant about sorting out software/operating issues via e-mail. And being five hours behind, they're effectively available for us 'till midnight!
