Camera Raw is a plug in. You probably moved it out of the Plug-ins folder and installed the Kodak plug-in instead. I've heard of others that switch back and forth between these two say that they use the feature in CS that lets you point the program to an additional Plug-ins folder. By changing this setting you can alternate what plug-in sets are loaded. Even if both plug-ins are installed, I think you can still determine which will open a file by using Open As. Maybe that would work in your action. I've not tried any of these things but this is from comments of others on various Kodak related forums.
