None of this sounds a major problem (easy to say this from the outside) but having done a few quite involved montages and comps using PS over the last 12 months it will also be quite good fun.
I wouldn't charge for individual elements of the Dig Prod as it will be hard to cost and evaluate to the client, but a simple hourly or daily rate depending on how long you feel it will take. I charge 85.00 +VAT in this rural neck of the woods and nobody fusses at all so if you are in a city you could be at least doubling this!
Why should clients think that production is "lesser" than photography. It is ALL part of the creative process and as photography is intrinsically linked to digital production they are equally as chargeable.
