Bear in mind that the Epson 2100 (Epson 2200 in the USA) does not ship with this feature in the US. Is the information created by the Grey balancer software saved to the printer in EPROM so that it can be utilised using custom profiles? What do you recommend to your customers when profiling an Epson 2100 / 2200? It would be nice to nail the lid shut on the Grey balancer argument once and for all.
