Having got used to my 1ds I am now in a position of thinking that the in camera colour temperature settings need to be tweaked, I find the cloudy too warm etc etc.
I realise of course that there are many settings that can be changes when connected to the computer (curves) etc and or that I can take a white card reading in any given situation, the problem is that when working In the field I can not stop and take readings every 10 minutes, what I need to do is to in effect reset the default value for "cloudy" etc to something I find personally more acceptable for a general starting point. I am of course talking about shooting jpgs where I find myself having to correct colour balance a lot. Is this just done through the personal functions, or is there another way to alter the presets. I seem to recall someone recently who had tweaked the curves and had drastic changes, I am looking for subtle changes to colour temperature to be used as my base. Many thanks Stephen =============================================================== GO TO http://www.prodig.org for ~ GUIDELINES ~ un/SUBSCRIBING ~ ITEMS for SALE
