Adam:

The issues may have more to do with the fact that you are trying to "email" this
to a client. This particular feature typically works fine on a web server, or
if burned to a CD.

Are you "zipping" or "stuffing" the folder for transport? If not that's likely
your problem, as your email program may not be suitable for dealing with large
numbers of attached files, especially within a folder within a folder
structure.
