You may do that by hitting the tinny arrow under the F14 function key.
( Supposed you run a MAC with an extended keyboard).

Now when you switch to << Actual Pixel >> the default is for the cursor to centre itself on the frame: it would be of real assistance if one could set it so that the cursor could be placed in a corner so as to enable the quartering to begin without having to re-locate the cursor for each file.
