� Have you/did you run a set of Lyson cleaning carts BEFORE you installed
the CIS?

� After running the head re-calibration routine, it is best to switch the
1160 off - thereby forcing the printer to store the settings.

� WD40 is not a good idea, a single drop of sewing machine oil (3in1) is
what you need.

� Are you sure that the 1160 printer heads are running completely parrallel
both sides of the paper? Inspection of a CMYK purge print with a lupe will
show this.
