Hi Michael, Beg to disagree - pictureflow.com (now re-named rawworkflow.com) is far more than just a software site. It may not be obvious, but halfway down the page is the link (http://www.pictureflow.com/forum/index.php?) to the official PhaseOne support forum for DSLR software where there is an active forum for discussion and troubleshooting. If you are a back user there is a back users club and forum hosted on Phaseone's own home page at Phaseone.com, it does require registration and a serial number though.
