Geoff Forget Capture 4 - runs like a dog (on Mac) and is very 'clunky'.
If you've got PS CS, save your cash and get the PS RAW plug-in. Results from my D70 NEF files are excellent. Haven't used C1, but if you haven't got PS CS, from previous comments on this forum this is the way I'd go.
