I wouln't mention it either, or I'd call it a Giclee!!! I don't make any price differential for Inkjet/Lambda/RA4, it's your image they're buying, not just the paper.
A lot of my graduating students (BA/MA Fine Art as well as tutors) frequently sell Inkjet (Archival ink & papers) at a premium, mounted on aluminium or perspex (so the mount is significantly more expensive than the print!)
The biggest issue I have with the inkjets, is that they are much more prone to surface damage than, say a Lambda or RA4.
