Hi Darrin, Happens with the 14N as well with a Nikon 28-70mm lens set near the widest angles (magenta down one side and green down the other) although the effect is more graduated. I have tried to switch lenses whenever possible. I was hoping the SLRn would have fixed this. Which lens were you using?
