Hi Jonathan,

I use middle range microfiber fabric with the less chemically enhanced soap known here as "Savon (soap) de Marseilles", and it works fine. At least I don't have any stains nor traces.

Those microfiber are sold here for house keeping product they are not as smooth than those dedicated to lenses but smoother than those with ringlet. Don't know if you can found them on that brand in England but I got them from Spontex (they are green).

I get them wet, two pass on the soap, clean the screen, wash off with vet fabric, and the most difficult task is to remove the water traces with the dry part, this must require multiple pass and high pressure but my screen looks nice as it had ever.

I wonder we have all kind of tips and tricks for all purpose, or even for screen keeping.

Best of All.

The company go to great pains to warn against cleaning the screen with
anything other than water for fear of damaging the coating.
