Just wondered whether anyone could help with this query.
A design company client has sent to us (for portfolio use) files that are the result of Flextight scans from trannies we shot for them. The CMYK tif files have vertical and horizontal bright blue lines running through them - these extend into the canvas.
The lines are not visible in the thumbnails prior to opening in PS, or if I paste them into a Mail app as an attachment.
The design company says the files are fine at their end.
