Unfortunately, if you didn't shoot a RAW, you can't have one :-) You can
make a TIFF, JPEG or just about any other format you can think of out of
a RAW, but the RAW file is the untreated output from the camera's
sensor, and is very different to a JPEG; it's not even really a picture
at that stage, although it may resemble one.
Which is a very good reason for never shooting anything else, where time
permits.
