You know, I'm not sure whether that is the case or not. I seem to remember someone from Adobe appearing on this list saying how important it was for them to have feedback from actual users of their product. Quite a few of us, including myself, wrote in saying what we would like to see happen. I personally heard nought from them. I do appreciate that my questions are so basic that maybe my problems are inconsequential but then again I may have touched on subjects that would open up problems that others experience. When I changed from p/shop 5.5 to 7 I found that, for me, each image took much longer to complete. Why ? Because it was more complicated. Now we've gone from 7 to CS and I look at the "improvements" and feel that simplicity would be better. For example the file info box seems to have been written for folk who add a few keywords per image. It is almost impossible to read a list of 80 keywords seperated by ; and even if you can they are contained within a tiny box that bunches them all up. In 5.5 each word appeared on a single line in a downward list. So much easier. And when you were finished with file info you pressed "save" and that brought up the save box. Now its become two operations. Doesn't seem that much work until you realize I have over 100k images to caption and save. Don't get me started on the raw browser, its driving me mad !!
