I was shown how to lift the thin rollers (the ones leaving a dotted line on
my prints) in a non-destructive way. There's a lot of them you can see
looking in from the open top of the printer. No need to move the print head.

Each roller (thin metal disk) is on a sprung wire spindle. Use a bent
paperclip to flip the wire out from one side of its retaining clip and the
roller just sits there, higher than it used to and no longer in contact with
the paper coming through. It took me a while to latch onto how to do the
first one, then it was obvious and very easy. All my rollers are now raised
and it hasn't affected printing (as in, the printer works fine) and no
marks. If I want to any time, I can reclip the rollers and return it to
original state.

This is a different problem/solution to the rubber rollers visible from the
front output slot, but they haven't given me any problems so they've been
left alone.

>I too have have roller marks when using a 2100 with CIS/Lyson Pro Photo
Gloss. How do you raise the rollers - there are white plastic roller holders

on either side which I assume can be moved but how? (I hope one doesn't need

a degree in mechanical engineering because I haven't got one!)
