Dear All, Thanks for replying on and off list. In the end I binned the idea. I had sent my credit card and now they say that the order cant be made as their insurance company wont cover it from british credit cads. So they would only accept wire transfer, havent got the redies to do that. So after doing some heavy calculations of exchange rate, bank charges and import duty and vat, if it got intercepted, I then lugged around hard on the net and each item worked out only to be �100 more by buying it here, plus I was getting new on both, the d70 and 12-24 both had guarentees, plus no charge for shipping from aj purdy. So in the end if they go pear shaped I have come back. So I wont do it unless I go there my self me thinks.
