Does anyone out there rate the FixerLabs software; SizeFixer and FocusFixer in particular. Am I better off just sticking to sharpening and resizing in Photoshop CS? Is there a better option.
Dear Adam.
It will always depend on subject matter , type and size of Output and personal taste.
I can't be happier with the results I get with Focus Fixer ( I am not using it to correct focus, although it might help you recover some out of focus shots along the way) , but as a sharpener that produces less artifacts for my kind of work than other apps. You can test it in demo mode to make sure if it works for you.
Others may say the PixelGenius or Nick Sharpener and other tools are better-superior etc, while others will say nothing beats Photoshop.
They are all right, as long as the results fit their agenda and needs.
